I
got the Viva Labs #1 High Potency Vitamin D3 5000 IU in Non-GMO Olive
Oil for Enhanced Absorption Softgels since my oncologist told me that
I should be taking vitamin D. I guess vitamin D is good for fighting
cancer. I got breast cancer a year and a half ago and I do not want
to go through that again so I am trying to take vitamin D. This is a
higher dose than I need but that is ok.
I
do not notice an after taste at all when I take these. I usually
take these at lunch time to help me remember to take them. I take
one of them a day.
The
softgels are easy to swallow. They are not very big so they should
not give you trouble even if you have trouble with swallowing pills.
I
have not had any trouble with these so I would recommend trying
these.
