I
ordered the Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl 2.5QT for another bowl to use
when mixing batters. My first impression of it was that it was
lighter than I thought it would be. It is lighter than my stainless
Kitchenaid bowl but still decent. If it was heavier it would be
harder to pour out of it.
The
bowl has a nonskid bottom so that it does not slip around when you
are mixing. This helps when you are trying to pour something into
the bowl as you stir. It also has the nonskid up the sides a little
for when you have it tilted to stir.
There
are measurements inside the bowl. This is really nice. Since the
bowl is not see through it is important that they are on the inside
for accuracy.
The
handle was not quite comfortable at first for pouring but then I got
used to it. There is also a spout for when you are pouring. My
other bowls did not have that. I like this feature.
I
received this product for free in exchange for an honest and unbiased
review.
