Pros:

* Saves money because you don't need as much plastic wrap of aluminum foil. This woks as well as or better than foil.

* You can use this in the oven, stovetop, microwave oven, refrigerator, and the freezer. Just keep it away from a flame.

* It is very easy to use. Just set it on the pan to seal. Then lift of the corner to remove.

* In the fridge it keeps odors out of your food better than plastic wrap does. It makes a seal on your pan that keeps the odors out.

* It is dishwasher safe. This is important to me since I hate handwashing. If you want it washes up nicely in the sink too.

* I have not had it stain at all.

* You can roll it up to store it and it goes right back to the shape it came in.

* You can use it with temperatures up to 480 degrees. At least that is what it says.

* They are BPA free.

Cons:

* You need to keep the lid away from a flame so if you have a gas stove you need to be careful.

Over all it is a great product. I love the 9x13 size since my husband never puts the lid back onto the cake or brownie pans so they dry up and get wasted. This lid is something he will use. I received this product for free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

This is a warning that when you open this you will think you made a big mistake. It is small and looks like a little kid's toy. But then when you put batteries in it and turn it on, you will be shocked! It is brighter than you would ever think would come out of that little thing. I love it!

Pros:

* It is small. When it is closed it is about the height of a pop/soda can. It is a little bigger around though. When I go camping there is not a lot of room for extras so this is the perfect size.

* It shines the light all around unlike a flashlight. If you hang it from the top of a tent or set it on the floor of the tent, it will give you plenty of light.

* It is easy to turn on and off. There is not a switch, you just pull the top up and it goes on. I like this since I hate feeling for a switch in the dark.

* It is very bright. One of the nice things is that if you don't want it to be quite so bright you can close the top down a little and it will not be as bright. All the lights are still shining but some are hidden inside the lantern so it shows less brightly.

* It is lightweight, or at least I think it is. My 2 year old grandchild could carry it around easily.

* The wire handles fold up to hold onto for carrying or for hanging from a branch of hook. Then they fold down for storage.

* It stays cool to the touch. As bright as it was I thought it would get hot after a while. I left it on for an hour and it was not hot at all.

* It takes batteries and the battery compartment is easy to get at. You do not need a screwdriver to replace the batteries. All you have to do is unscrew the bottom and replace the batteries.

Con:

* The 3 AA batteries are not included.

This Extra-Large Silicone Tray is much nicer than I expected!

Pros:

* My experience with silicone products is that they are usually flimsy. This one is not! It is sturdy and holds up well. You do not want whatever you are freezing to be all over the floor because it was flimsy.

* You do not need to spray these. The frozen product comes right out when you twist it slightly and then push the bottom of the square.

* The frozen product comes out in one piece. The ice is not all cracked like a traditional ice cube tray.

* They come in a 2 pack and stack nicely in the freezer. This is important to me since I don't have that much freezer space to have them sit side by side.

* Each square hold ½ cup and is a 2" cube. Because of the size they melt slower than a regular ice cube.

* They are BPA free.

* I have not found the silicone to stain at all even after freezing pizza sauce in it.

* They are dishwasher safe. I hate hand washing so I love that part!

* You can use it to freeze lots of different things. I have frozen pizza sauce. I use 1 cup for my pizza so 2 squares are perfect. I have also frozen other leftover sauces, yogurt and orange juice for smoothies, chicken stock to put in potatoes, mashed potatoes (they bake really well and it looks fancy in the cube), and leftover coffee for iced coffee. I also used the mold for jello and I put leftover chocolate in it to save for later.

Cons:

* They don't stack together inside each other when not in use.

CrossMe Premium Nonograms (App)

I have never played a Nonogram before this one. I love it. I do not like to play games that are just mindless. If I am going to play a game on my tablet I want it to be one that I have to think to play. I started playing this when I was sitting around with cancer. It was improtant to me to keep my brain going. They talk about chemo brain and I found out it is something real. lol I would play this game while watching TV. It did not take me long to figure out how to play. I started with the easiest and have moved on to some rather difficult ones. Sometimes the pictures are a bit of a stretch but that is ok. The game is played on squares like graph paper. There are numbers with each row that tell how to mark off the squares. It will give you numbers that tell you how many squares to blacken in a row. If there is more than one number you know that there will be at least one blank square left inbetween the 2 numbers. You tap the squares to fill them in, x the square, or make the square blank again. I love the way it makes me think. When the puzzles get pretty big it is more difficult to mark the correct squares on my tablet. I enlarge the puzzle to mark them and then put it back so I can see the whole puzzle. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

These tongs are very nice! They are heavy duty and hold up nicely. I like that they can lock to stay closed so when I am digging for them in the drawer they aren't taking up so much space and getting caught on everything. To lock them you hold them closed and pull on the O on the hinge. To open them you can either push in the O or hit it on the counter to push it in. You can do it one handed which is really handy if you are cooking and holding other things. The handles also have silicone grips on them which is really nice. I have neuropathy from chemo and it makes it much easier to hold onto them and use them. There are even little thumb indents. The tongs have silicone tips so they can be used on nonstick surfaces. The silicone stands up to the heat really well too. They are dishwasher safe so a breeze to clean up. They also clean easily in the sink.The other nice thing is that if you would like to hang them by the stove you can. The O on the end of the handle works as a hanger too. I love these tongs and it is great that they come in a 2 pack of 2 different sizes. I highly recommend them. I will probably be ordering more for a gift. This is a very nice set of utensils. They are nice looking as well as very functional. For starters the handles are very comfortable and easy to grip. I have neuropathy and I do not have trouble holding them as I do some other utensils. Also, the handles have holes in them so you can hang them by the stove if you wish. The handles have a part that holds the head of the utensil up in the air so it does not touch the counter and get it all dirty. You don't need a spoon rest with these. Also, since it is not touching the counter it won't pick up possible germs from the counter. They clean up easily when you wash them by hand and they are also dishwasher safe. All i all they are a great set of utensils. They would be wonderful in a kitchen gift basket. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my unbiased review.

Cyclone Cup Shaker Bottle

I got the Cyclone Cup Shaker Bottle because I was sick of the old wire ball shaker and wondered if there might be something better.  When I had the opportunity to try this for free in exchange for my honest review, I jumped at the chance.  I like most of what I found in this bottle.

Pros:

*     There is a really cool compartment that screws onto the bottom.  I think it is meant for extra powder but I like to put snacks in it like raisins or nuts.  I have also put pills in it. I just love that aspect!

*     It is dishwasher safe.  I love that because even though I hand wash it often, I can sterilize it and feel like I am getting it really clean in the dishwasher too.

*     It comes all apart to clean.  This way I don’t worry about cracks and crevices that might be hiding germs.

*     I got the red one and the color is really nice. It is nice and bright so I don’t lose my bottle.

*     I don’t have to plug it in.  It is very portable and takes no batteries either.

*     It blends as well as or better than the wire ball ones I have tried.  I hate lumps and chunks.  I have not had trouble with that.

*     It has a nice flip top.  I had one bottle I had to unscrew every time I wanted to take a drink.  I like a flip top much better.

*     It won’t smell funny if you don’t close it up when you are finished drinking and be sure it is completely dry before you seal it up.

Cons:

*     It is smaller than I expected.  I do not think it holds 20 oz.  I would like if they made it a little larger.

*     Be sure you close it tightly or it might leak.

Ideas:

*     My daughter has used it for an infuser bottle too.  You have to have the fruit pieces bigger than in a regular infuser bottle but it does work.

*     You can also use it to mix lots of other things.  I have used it for powdered dressing mix, gravy and pancake mix.  With the pancakes it works great for pouring the pancakes too.

These silicone lids are a great product. It really helps cut down on waster from plastic wrap and tin foil.

They come in 5 sizes. The smallest is nice for a coffee mug and the largest for a nice bowl.

They are easy to clean in the sink or in the dishwasher. I have washed them in the dishwasher many times and they are just like new.

They have a good suction. You can lift the bowl with them although I would not suggest it since it may come loose. You just set them on top of the bowl and it is good to go! I did not have as good of luck with the seal though if I tilt it. It seals as well as of better than plastic wrap and tin foil though.

They are made of silicone and are BPA free.

They don't take up much space in the drawer since they fit together nicely. This is very important to me with limited space.

They work great at a picnic to keep bugs out of the food. You can remove the lid one handed and put it back on easily. This works well for kids too since they can do it themselves.

They make a good splatter screen in the microwave too.

I like them best for if I make a bowl of chex mix or something like that. My husband is notorious for leaving the lid off and it gets stale or soggy. With these he just lifts the lid and sets it back and it seals! Yeah no more stale snacks!

I have never used a diffuser before so when I had the chance to try the Calily Ultrasonic Essential oil Diffuser I was thrilled. It came with the diffuser, plug in, remote and cleaning brush. I am very pleased with it. Here are my thoughts:
The remote is small and easy to use. It reaches up to 20 ft. It can be used to control the brightness, color mode, mist mode, timer, light and on/off. I like that you can do so many things. I figure the less I have to mess with it to change things the less chance I will tip it over or mess something up. Yes, I can be a bit of a clutz. Lol

When I got it all I had to do was pull off top, fill with water, add a few drops of essential oil, put top on and turn it on. It was simple and the instructions were easy to follow.

The color options include: On/Off, Continuous Color Changing, Keep on One Color, Soft Colors, or Bright Colors. The four colors are blue, green, purple, and red. You can set the colors with the remote. I really like these options. The colors make it very attractive. Sometimes a diffuser can look so unattractive sitting somewhere. The lights make it look like it is a decorative piece. I find the lights rather soothing too. If you turn the room lights out and turn the changing colors on the diffuser it is almost hypnotic. I can easily fall asleep watching it.

If you like it to stay on one color, it will remember the color when you turn it off and turn it back on. That is a nice feature.

It plugs in so I don’t need to keep buying batteries. This is important to me because it saves a lot of money.

It puts out a cool mist. I don’t have to worry about the grandkids getting burned. The fog is kind of cool to watch too when the colors are on and the lights are out.

You can set the amount of fog. You can set this with the remote too. You can choose Continuous or Intermittent misting, chose from 1, 2, or 3 Hours of Continuous Mode OR 2, 4, 6 hours of Intermittent Mode. On intermittent mode it mists on and off every 15 seconds.

When you fill it with water the red orange little cap like thing is the max fill line. If you put too much water in, it will not turn on. It also has an auto shut off if the water gets too low.

The auto shut off will turn it off if it gets tipped over since the water gets too low. It will also turn off if it overheats. I have not felt that it even gets anything close to hot though, even running on continual for 3 hours.

This diffuser runs very quietly. I would hate it if it made a lot of noise.

So basically I have found this to be a great product. It works well with the essential oils and puts a nice fragrance through the room with them. I would have no problem putting them in a child’s room. I received this product in exchange for my honest review; all opinions are my own.

Hoont Indoor Powerful Plug-in Electronic Pest Repeller

I was really surprised by the Hoont Indoor Powerful Plug-in Electronic Pest Repeller. I really did not trust that it would do anything. I am just finishing cancer treatments so I would like to stay away from chemicals that can be harmful. I also do not want my grandchildren to get into any poisons that I would have around. The dogs and the cat are a concern for me too. I would hate for any of them to be harmed. This repeller does not use any chemicals to I thought I would try it. Here are my thoughts:
It is silent so it doesn’t bother me. Some of these types of things make a little noise and that would drive me crazy when trying to sleep. This does not have that issue.
It is not huge as you can see in the picture I posted below.
This does not bother or hurt your pets. I am not sure how it distinguishes between the pets and pests but it does.
I hate hearing a mouse get caught in a trap. It is awful! I also hate killing the mouse that has been caught on a sticky trap. Now I don’t have to do that/hear that with this. It does not kill the pests and rodents but drives them away.
There are LED indicator lights to show you the product is working.
It works for an area up to 5,000 Sq. Ft. But it cannot go around corners and through things so you need one for each room or area.
It works 2 ways. One way is the electromagnetic waves. These waves are used to keep the pests and rodents out of the house. It "causes in-wall wiring to send electronic pulse signals, thus acting as a shield and effectively preventing pests from passing through your home's walls."
The other way it works is by using Multi-frequency ultrasonic waves. These waves are very irritating to the pests and rodents. They want to get away from the waves so they can have peace.
There is a variable switch to change frequency to keep them bothered.
There is also a blue LED light which can be used as night light and can be switched on/off. I keep mine off since this was not a feature I needed. You might want it though. I like that it switches off.
All in all this product surprised me. Since I have plugged it in I have not seen any new signs of mice. This makes me very happy. I just wish I had it in my last house that had a HUGE mouse problem. Pepper/salt grinder. LOVE THIS! So attractive.

When I opened this my 19 year old daughter went nuts! She loves it! It is really attractive. It came in a very cute case that makes it a perfect gift too. I might have to get one for my daughter for her birthday so she has one when she moves out. I like that you can see through it to see what side you are using and what you are grinding. The grinding mechanism is ceramic so hopefully it will work for a long long time. You can adjust it also to make the grind coarse or fine. I like salt rather coarse but pepper fine so it is perfect for that. I am glad that the container is not glass. It is plastic so when my grandchildren use it I don't need to worry about they dropping it and shattering it everywhere. I also love that both salt and pepper are in one shaker. This way it will not take up ass much room on my turntable which I keep on the table. You can put other things in it too if you wish so I might buy another one for minced garlic and bacon bits. I got the bacon bits idea from another reviewer and I think it is great! We love bacon and would use that a lot. I just think this thing is beautiful and would look great on anyone's table.
