I
am enjoying the Silicone Muffin Pan and Cupcake Maker 12 Cup in red.
Sometimes I use it for cupcakes and sometimes I use it for other
stuff. When I use it for cup cakes I still like to use the cupcake
paper liners. I just like my cup cakes better that way. When I bake
muffins in them I spray them first since they come out a little
better that way. Then they come out perfectly.
This
is dishwasher safe and I have not had any trouble with it loosing its
shape at all or discoloring. I put it in the top rack just to be
sure.
I
use this also for freezing things in single serving sizes. I set it
on a cookie sheet in the freezer so it keeps from spilling. My
daughter likes to make smoothies. We bought a big yogurt and put it
in the cups and froze it. When frozen we popped them out and put
them in a freezer bag. She also made frozen snack cups with granola
on the bottom, then yogurt with fruits in it.
I
also like to put twice baked potato filling into the cups and freeze
those. I can use however many I need. I have also used them for
sauces, gravies, frozen fruit cups,applesauce and more. It is very
convenient.
