I am not a coffee drinker like my husband but I do like tea. I had
the chance to get the The Abundant Kitchen 8 cup Professional French Press and
Tea Infuser (1 Liter, 34 Oz) and knew I wanted to try it. Here are my
thoughts on it after trying it:
Pros:
• It is a beautiful glass press. You can see how dark it is and how much is
left in the pot.
• It says that it has a 3 part filtration
but I would say it really only has 2.
The one doesn’t do anything. With
that being said it still works great. I have had a stray tea leaf but it was
probably a leaf I got in the water myself.
• If you don’t like coffee you can use
tea. I actually love that I can use loose tea leaves and some raspberries
too. When I press them the raspberry seeds don’t go through so I don’t
get them in my teeth. And it tastes GREAT!!
• The instructions are very clear as to
how to use it.
• The handle does not get hot. I
thought it would but it doesn’t.
• The plunger slides nice and smoothly.
• There are 2 extra filters included.
Cons:
• I could do without the logo on the glass.
Ideas:
• I have tried tea, coffee and cocoa.
• Add milk or cream for a treat.
This is even good with the tea and berries.
