The
ACLUXS Wireless Wi-Fi Range Extender works well once it is set up. I
am using it as a repeater since I already have a router. I wanted
something to use to make my basement wifi work better. This has done
the trick. I can also bring it outside and plug it in and I can get
wifi much further away from the house so when the kids are out
playing on the swing set I can be out there and still do my work.
Before this I had to have them stay in when I had to do computer
work.
My
problem with it was that it was very difficult for me to set up. I
do not know what I was doing wrong but I finally got it. I am not
sure what the key was but when I sent to try setting it up again, it
worked! I was doing something wrong but not sure what. I did a lot
of googling and followed other peoples videos and tips.
The
instructions are small and hard to read. I had to use a magnifying
glass to read them. This might just be my eyes though since I do
have cataracts.
I
am glad to have this and it works well. I would recommend it if you
have a little knowledge of how to do these things or have someone
that can help you that does.
