Naturo Fitness Products Sport Foam Roller, Travel Size, Honeycomb Design, Ultra Durable and Hardwearing, Perfect for Myofascial Muscle Release, Trigger Point Release and Muscle massage 12 x 4

I got the Naturo Fitness Products Sport Foam Roller, Travel Size, Honeycomb Design, Ultra Durable and Hardwearing, Perfect for Myofascial Muscle Release, Trigger Point Release and Muscle massage 4” x 12” for my daughter to use.  Neither of us had ever used one of these before.  It was a bit interesting to me when I got it.  I needed to figure out what to do with it.  It did not come with any instructions.  After googling how to use it properly we found instructions on what to do with it.  Here are my thoughts:

Pros:

• Even though it is hollow it is strong and does not collapse under our weight.  I wasn’t sure at first but has held up nicely.

• It is a travel size so it I a bit smaller than the regular size one we have.  It fits in the bag well without taking up so much room.  It is very nice
though that it is still wide enough for my daughter to use it on her back and go all the way across.

• It is firm but has some softness.  At first my daughter thought it was too hard but then as her muscles stretched out she thought it felt good.

• It has bumps on it to give a good massage.  My daughter has used it on her back and thighs.

• You can reach anywhere.  It is hard to reach the backs of the thighs and back to massage them.  This gives you the chance to get those hard to reach areas without waiting for someone else to do it for you.

• It appears to be a PVC type pipe that is covered by a foam.

Cons:

• It does not include any instructions or suggestions but if you google you can find lots.

All in all I think you will be pleased with this item.  Sore muscles are no fun so get rid of them. We have both the regular and the travel size and are satisfied with both of them.  I received this product for free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
