I got the Gideon Electronic Dual-valve Hose Irrigation Water Timer Sprinkler System – Simple Hose Connection with Easy to Use Digital System so that I can water my flowers easily. When I go on vacations my husband never remembers to water the flowers so I come home to dead flowers. Or if I have someone else water them I feel like I am imposing. My daughter-in-law suggested I try this. I am now hopeful that I will have nice flowers this summer instead of ones I am fighting to keep alive.

Unfortunately, it is the middle of winter here so I have to wait to really test out this with water and hoses but I got to play around with it and wanted to do review which I can edit later if I need to.

I first noticed that this is heavy enough and seems sturdy even though it is plastic. I think it should hold up very nicely to the weather. I will bring it in for the winter though. It has a cover for the face which is nice.

I had a hard time figuring out where the battery compartment was. It was very difficult to open. I imagine that is what makes it waterproof. If you have trouble get a pliers out and pinch the sides and pull. It takes 2 AA batteries which are NOT included. I hate when they are not included.

Once the batteries where in it was clear how to set up.

I like that 2 hoses can be attached and set at different times. I don't have to go out and change or move hoses. I will have to remember that if both are going off at the same time the water pressure will be different so if you are using a sprinkler it will not throw the water as far. Either set it to go at different times or put the sprinkler in a different spot.

There is no limit to the number of times it can be set to go off each day. And it will go for 4 hours max at a time. If you want it to go longer just set it to start again.

There is also a manual setting so you can use your hose for something else without disconnecting the monitor.

The Pomona Direct Watercolor Pencils with Canvas Wrap Case, Sharpener, Eraser and Blending Brush is a nice set of colored pencils.

For starters it comes in a nice case. Each pencil has a spot where it stays put. I can keep them in an order that I like and always find the pencil I want easily. There is also a spot for the blending brush, sharpener and eraser. 

The pencils come presharpened and I find the leads to be strong and not break all the time. The only time I find that they broke more easily was when I was using them wet. I have to be more careful then. I think this is normal though.

The pencils color easily and smoothly. The colors blend well also.

This is the first time I have used watercolor pencils. I am still trying to figure it out. I have tried it a couple of ways. I have found I like to color/draw the picture and then use the brush to put just a little water on it and make it like a watercolor picture.

I already have a cast iron press that you put on top but now I have one for the bottom too. I can just put my sandwich down on the grill pan and then put my heated press on top. It works great!

When the pan came I was surprised how heavy it was. For the regular price I thought it was may be going to be a cheap thin pan. It is NOT! This is as heavy as any others I have seen.

The pan has handles on both sides for carrying it. The one is a regular handle and then a little one on the other side. This is great because it is heavy to carry. It is much easier when you can distribute the weight to both sides.

There is a pour spout on each side also that allows you to pour out any grease that may collect.

The ridges on the pan are deep enough to keep the fat off of the food that you are making. Like if I make a burger, it is not sitting in the grease so it will be healthier. If the grease collects just pour it off. I can't do that with my other regular cast iron pan. Sometimes you want the grease and sometimes you don't.

Another advantage to the cast iron is that it keeps your food hot much longer. The pan stays hot for a long time and that is what helps to keep the food warm while you wait for the family to come to the table.

I would definitely recommended this pan. You will not be disappointed.

The New York Laboratories Dark Circle Eye Cream, 1 fl oz – Retinol Cream for Puffy Eyes, Dark Circles, Fine Lines and wrinkles is a good product.

The first thing I noticed is that you do not need much of this. The first time I used it I put just a little on my finger and it was way too much as I started spreading it on my eyes. Now I am carefu and put the tiniest bit on my finger and it spreads very smoothly. It is not sticky but smooth.

This does not make my eyes water like some products do. There is no burning either.

This is not oily at all and it doesn't make me break out at all.

I don't notice a smell at all from this.

I believe that this has helped with the puffiness under my eyes. I have not noticed the dark circles going away but I have not used it for long though. I am hoping that it will.

There is a pump on this that works great.

I would recommend this if you are looking for something like it. Just don't expect miracles.

Since it is winter here and snow all over I certainly can't use it on the garden. I did test it out though to be sure it works.

The first thing I noticed was that it is very lightweight. You will need to anchor it or hang it to prevent from having it fall over. There are anchors on the bottom that you can screw into a post or put tent stakes in the ground. You can hang it also from a string.

There are three functions. Off, flashing eyes, and flashing eyes with sound. The motion sensor needs to have the animal move very close to it. Also, the sound is really odd sounding. I imagine it would scare a critter away.

It is solar powered so you do not have to replace the batteries all the time. This is a real plus. I hate having to keep buying more batteries.

I tried the owl out with my cats and it scared them.

It was a bit cheaper when I bought it but if you are trying to find something to keep critters away I would recommend this.

When my daughter said, “Mom, you need moisturizer.” I started using some. Then I read that it works best with a Vitamin C serum underneath. So I decided to use that too.

I have to say the serum was different than I thought it would be. It isn't a cream but a serum. I just put a little on my fingers and spread it on my face and neck. You don't need a lot. Then I let it dry and put on the moisturizer.

I do not get any breakouts from it which sometimes happens with face products with me. I used to get breakouts from make up but now I don't anymore if I use these products underneath. This is a big plus.

It feels good on the skin.

I really don't pay attention to my wrinkles so I can't say if it is helping that. I can say that I really like how my skin feels and sometimes find myself rubbing my cheeks just because they are smoother and softer.

I did not start using facial products until I turned 53. That is probably not the best idea. If you are younger you should start already. My daughter is 21 and she is the one that said, “You need a moisturizer.” So I started. This is only the second one I have tried. I like this one just as well as the previous one.

I use it most every morning and evening. I first use a vitamin c serum and then after that dries I use this. I use it as a whole face and neck moisturizer.

In the past I have had trouble with lotions or make up giving me breakouts. This has not done that for me and as a matter of fact it has made it that when I put this on and then my make up I don't break out. This is a real plus. My husband likes me to wear make up but I don't like the break outs so I avoid it. Now, I can wear make up whenever we go out and I don't worry about how my face will react. The make up also goes on much smoother. Where was this stuff all my life?!

This has a nice creamy feel. I love the way it goes on so smoothly.

The pump doesn't work. I tried a long time and nothing.  I put it in an old jar of mine and use it that way.

I can't say it has helped my wrinkles to go away but it might. I just don't pay too much attention to that.

I bought this to moisturize my face and that it does. I would recommend this as a moisturizer.

I got the Knee Compression Sleeves (1 pair) By FitXpert for one of my knees even though they do come as a pair. I tore my PCL a few years ago and sometimes it will still bother me and make me feel a bit insecure. This works well for me if I have to be doing a bit on my feet. They give me good support so that I don't feel like my knee is going to give out on me. It gives me security.

They are breathable so that you don't get so sweaty. I also like the feel of these since they really don't have any seams to irritate me.

The size I got fits me well and they don't roll down on my knee like some do.

This came in a tinted bottle like is expected with essential oils. This is one of the smaller bottles at 1 ounce. I like to get the bigger bottles of peppermint.

They include a dropper lid with this. I prefer to use a dropper with my oils so I appreciate this. This way I know how much I am using.

The oil has a little tint to it. It is not much though.

This is strong so you do not need to use much. The bottle should last a while.

There are lots of uses for peppermint oil. Some of them are headaches, muscles aches, stomach issues, sinus, and various other things.

I like to add it to a carrier oil and put it on my temples for headaches. It seems to help.

I also add it to my diffuser at night when I have a little bit of a cold so my nose stays clear. I have also put a little onto my pillow at night and I smell it all night long to keep my nose clear.

I had guests for the holidays and I put a little on the toilet paper tube so it made my bathroom smell nice and fresh.

If you are looking for a bottle of peppermint oil, this is a good one.

The Majestic Pure Himalayan Lychee Pink Crystal Salt Scrub is a decent scrub. I am not sure if it is age or if it is still after effects from my cancer or chemotherapy but my face, hands and feet are dry. I am trying to find some products that help my skin out a bit. This salt scrub is nice.

I used it on my face but kept away from my eyes since I don't want salt in my eyes. My face feels nice and soft when I am finished.

When I use it on my hands I just sit and wash my hands with it rubbing it around for a while and then rinse it off. My hands feel softer and younger. May be my husband will even notice when he holds my hands.

I also used it on my feet. They are rough and this did not sure that but it was a great exfoliater for all the dry skin. I think if I can get the cracks off my feet and use this regularly I could probably keep them softer.

I did not do the rub it in my muscles thing but my feet sure feel better. It is probably just the fact that I massage them while rubbing it in.

This doesn't leave your skin all oily but it feels soft and like you just used a nice moisturizer. It takes off any dry skin and leaves behind healthy younger skin.

It also smells nice according to my daughter. I lost my sense of smell so I cannot tell.

My only issue with this was with the packaging. It came in a bubble envelope and leaked in the packaging. This was hopefully changed by amazon.

I would recommend this salt scrub.
