when you get those headaches that feel like it is just behind the
eyes. I don't get these as much as I used to but now my daughter
gets them too. In the past I have taken a larger gel ice pack and
put it in a towel and then put it on my eyes. It was all that would
help relieve my head ache. When I saw this product I thought I would
try it.
It
has a gel pack that fits inside the mask. I put it into the freezer
and that is where I keep it. That way it is ready any time I need
it. When I took it out, it was nice and cold. I slipped it inside
the mask and put it on. I could fell the coolness and I am sure that
it will work next time I get a head ache.
I
can't say it was the heaviest of materials but I don't plan to use it
daily so it will work find for me. I am not sure it would hold up
very well to every day use.
The
strap is adjustable and elastic. This way you should be able to get
the fit that works for you. When it came it was too tight for me but
after an adjustment it fits perfectly.
It
also came with a carrying bag which would be good for traveling. It
also came with earplugs which I did not try since I hate earplugs so
I wouldn't have anything good to say. That is just me and my hatred
for them.
I
would recommend this for anyone that gets head aches right behind
their eyes.
