The FizzVac Champagne Opener, Satin Nickel Finish

To be honest I never even knew there was such a thing as The FizzVac Champagne Opener, Satin Nickel Finish.  When I got the opportunity to try it I thought why not try it.  Well, I am so glad I did.  I hate opening the champagne bottle.  I have too many movies where the cork goes flying and breaks things.  Then it is something like a jack-in-the-box.  You never know when it is going to give and go popping out.
Well, this product is great.  For starters it is nice and heavy.  It is very sturdy and I don't worry about it breaking any time soon.  The finish is really nice too.  The handle has a nice padded grippy part underneath where you pull so you don't hurt your hands either.  And you won't loose your grip.
I cannot believe how easy this is to use.  You just open it up and put it over the cork. Be sure that the cork is in the spot for it.  Then grip the opener below the cork.  Hold onto it and pull the handle up.  The cork lifts up and doesn't go flying.  It just lifts enough to let the poof out.  It couldn't be much easier.
It would be a great gift with a bottle of champagne for an anniversary gift.  They will probably thank you for forever. They probably don't know there is such a thing either just like me.
