Natural Flavored Cooking Salt From the Dead Sea From Aromasong (Garlic small jar)

The Natural Flavored Cooking Salt From the Dead Sea From Aromasong (Garlic small jar) is an interesting product.  I was expecting it to be more like the garlic salt you buy but this is much fancier than that.  It is a course salt with pieces of dried garlic in it.  I found it was better for cooking than for putting in a grinder and putting it on the table.  This is because I you don't always get the same ammount of garlic when grinding.  When I cooked with it that was ok becasuse I was grinding more of it.  I used it on garlic bread first and found the bites were inconsistant on the garlic part.  Then I tried putting it in my grean beans and they tasted great.  It was a nice salt taste and a slight garlic on the beans.  I also put it in my noodles when I was making a lo mein and this worked well too.
I think this would be a neat addition to a kitchen gift basket.  It looks fancy and fun.
