I
got the Fun Central AT997 Newton's Cradle Physics Science Kit because
when I was a kid my aunt had one of these and I loved playing with
it. I was excited for it to come. I wanted to get it to plat with
myself and to show my grandkids. When it came I was a little
disappointed that it was so small but after putting it together and
seeing that it still works well, I am happy. It is my own fault for
not reading the product description better to know the size. The
nice thing is, it doesn't take up as much space.
The
item is mostly plastic. I believe the balls are metal though. I
feel like the plastic will stand up though.
It
put together very well. As you can see in the video, You just pull
it out of the box, take the plastic apart and put the 2 pieces into
the base. Then it is ready to go! I was glad not to have a tangled
mess.
The
balls swing like they should and keep going for a while. It is a lot
of fun playing with them. You can swing as many as you want and
watch them go back and forth. I don't sit and think too much about
the science/physics part of it. I just like to watch them.
I
would recommend this for kids about kindergarten age through adult.
These are a lot of fun.
