Plantar Fasciitis Insoles, Orthotic Insoles, Insoles Support the Heel and Provide Extreme Comfort for Men

The Plantar Fasciitis Insoles, Orthotic Insoles, Insoles Support the Heel and Provide Extreme Comfort for Men work well for me.
The first thing you need to do is cut them down to size. Just use a scissors.
I buy my shoes a little roomy to allow space for an insole. Otherwise my shoes will be a bit tight. I am used to having insoles so my shoes still fit well when I put these in.
The insoles are not really cushiony but instead they provide lots of support. If you have plantar fasciitis you need support more than cushion. I don’t suffer from it like I used to but used some more expensive insoles a few years ago that helped. Now, I get insoles to make sure it doesn’t come back. I love the support. If you aren’t used to this kind of insole it might take some getting used to but stick it out a few days and you will find how much they help.
I have neuropathy from chemo that makes me feel unstable walking across the grass and these make me feel a bit more stable than my former insoles.
I have the men’s and women’s of these.  My sneakers are usually bigger since that is how I like them so I use the men’s in those and the women’s in my dressier shoes. So don’t think that just because you are a women you have to use  the women’s.
I like these and they are certainly worth a try for you. I recommend them. I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
