My
daughter got a new macbook without a DVD drive. We don't have a DVD
player and she was doing the 21 day fix so she was always using my
computer to do her workout. I had troube doing what I wanted when

would get it for her to use. I have never had such a thing and it
works well. She is able to do her workout and then she can also use
it for burning her DVDs too.
It
was easy to hook up and get going. It worked as expected.All you
have to do is plug it in and you are good to go. You don't need to
install a driver. It just works. I really like that in a device.
The
cord is not very long at all. The player needs to be right by the
computer. I was disappointed in the cord. When we disconnect the
end that goes to the computer comes apart a little. I am not sure it
will hold out for long. Hopefully there will be a replacement cord I
can find.
The
player is nice and small. Not much bigger than a CD case, just a
little thicker.
Provided
my cord holds out, I would recommend this player. It is nice and
compact and not hard to use.
